Method of Preparation

All the ingredients are mixed and boiled till total moisture is lost from the oil, and then filtered.

DOSE WITH USAGE OF KSHARA THAILAM

3 – 5 drops into each ear.

EXERCISE AND YOGA FOR KSHARA THAILAM

Side bending with rotation and lift side bend your head 45 – degrees to the right, rotates the head to the right, and then lifts the head slightly off the ground. Repeat on the other side.

Sarvangasana, Matsyasana should be practiced.

RECOMMEND DIET AND BEHAVIOR OF KSHARA THAILAM

Eat fruits and vegetables, Fish with omega – 3 fatty acids should be considered, choose whole grains.
