Livomyn tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Charak Pharma Pvt. Ltd. It is a combination of hepatoprotective drugs and thereby protects and rejuvenates liver. Also has anti-viral, anti inflammatory, antioxidant properties.

It is useful in reducing raised SGPT, SGOT, bilirubin levels and reverses hepatic cell damage.
DOSE
2 tablets twice daily after meals for 3 months or as directed by physician.
EXERCISE AND YOGA
Simple yoga postures, meditation, pranayama are advised. Following asanas are advised-
- Shalabasana
- Adomukhi svanasana
- Bhujangasana
PATHYA AHARAS AND VIHARAS
Light and easily digestable food items, simple exercises and proper sleep are advised. Avoid fried items, junk foods, alcohol, smoking.
SIDE EFFECTS
No known side effects with this medicine. However it is best to use under medical supervision.
