Most of the drugs have pacifying action on vata dosha. Calms mind and body, useful in treating raised blood pressure.
DOSAGE:
Two tablets twice daily before food or as directed by the physician.
EXERCISE AND YOGA
Simple yoga postures, meditation and pranayama are useful.
PATHYA AHARAS AND VIHARAS
Light and easily digestible foods are preferred.
