DOSE

Amenorrhoea, Delayed menarche: 2 tablets 2 times a day for 2 to 3 months

Dysmenorrhea: 2 tablets thrice daily 3 to 4 days prior to the expected date of menstruation

Infertility (to improve fertility and induce normal ovulation): 2 tablets twice daily from 1^st day to 14^th day of the cycle

PRECAUTIONS

In case of suspecting pregnancy the medicine should be discontinued and seek the advice of physician if necessary.

DIET AND EXERCISE

A healthy diet containing fruits and vegetables is necessary. The foods like fried, and junk food should be avoided. Avoiding red meat, chicken and high calorie food is also desirable.
