Parthalesunadi tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Bipha Drug Laboratories, Kottayam. Parthalesunadi tablet is cardioprotective, strengthens cardiac muscles, minimizes the risk of heart diseases. It can also be used in hypercholestremia.

INGREDIENTS of Parthalesunadi Tablet

1. Lasuna Allium sativum Balances vata and kapha dosha, induces intestinal motility, is stimulant, carminative, useful in treating abdominal colic, indigestion, anorexia, atherosclerosis. Useful in reducing elevated cholesterol levels.
2. Arjuna Terminalia arjuna Excellent cardiotonic, reduces cholesterol, blood pressure. Has antioxidant properties. Strengthens heart functions, useful in chronic stable angina
3. Mridhwika Vitis vinifera Is a diuretic, laxative, aphrodisiac, appetizer. Useful in bleeding disorders, burning sensation, act as a cardiac tonic
4. Dhataki Woodfordia fruticosa Boosts immunity, pacifies pitta and Kapha doshas. Has anti-diabetic, cardioprotective properties.
5. Madhookapushpa Madhuka longifolia Improves strength and immunity. Has anti hyperglycemic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory actions.

DOSE

2 tablets twice daily before meals, or as directed by the physician.

EXERCISE AND YOGA

Simple yoga postures, meditation, pranayama are advised. Following asanas are useful-

  • Gomukhasana
  • Setubandhasana
  • Paschimottasana
  • Trikonasana

PATHYA AHARAS AND VIHARAS

Light and easily digestable food items, simple exercise are advised. Avoid junk foods, fried oily items, smoking, alcohol consumption.

SIDE EFFECTS
