INGREDIENTS OF Parthadyarishtam

Ingredients of Kashaya dravya

Method of Preparation

The first three ingredients are taken in coarse powder form and decoction is prepared with 48 litres of water till it is reduced to ¼ of its actual content. The mixture is transferred into a mud pot. The jaggery and Dhataki  flowers are added for the fermentation and mixed well. The mud pot is sealed properly and kept undisturbed for one month for fermentation process. After one month this mixture is filtered and used accordingly.

Points to be noted

DHATAKI FLOWERS

The flowers of this herb are used as a backbone of asava and arishta preparations because the flowers act as fermenting agent hence required   to induce fermentation.

DOSE WITH USAGE OF Parthadyarishtam

12 -24 ML, once or twice daily, recommended usually after food. If required it can be mixed with equal quantity of water. Best time to take after food. For better results, use  under  the  supervision of a qualified Ayurveda doctor, will deliver best cure for different ailments.

EXERCISE AND YOGA FOR Parthadyarishtam

Aerobic activity such as walking, swimming, light jogging or biking.
