Supernatant liquid of curds _ 3 litres

METHOD OF PREPARATION

All ingredients are added to oil and goat milk, and oils are prepared by the oil paka method.

DOSE WITH USAGE OF CHERIYA BALA THAILAM

Internally it is given in the dose of 3 – 6ml, once or twice a day, before food, with warm water or warm milk, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor. Can use externally for nasya, snehavasti, and shirovasti.

EXERCISE AND YOGA FOR CHERIYA BALA THAILAM

Aerobic exercise like running, swimming, etc

Padmasana yoga

Sarvangasana yoga

Paschimottanasana yoga

Overdosage of this medicine may cause vomiting and indigestion.

Avoid refrigerated food items after taking them orally.

People with elevated blood pressure and cholesterol should take this medicine with special care.

Bala Tailam is an Ayurvedic oil used to cure vata diseases. It is used in the treatment of various problems like emaciation, asthma, cough, etc. This Tailam balances Vata dosas in body. This oil can be used both internally and externally
